Complaints Procedure

Feedback is an important part of our charity’s development, so if you are in any way dissatisfied, we’d like to know.

We are sorry if you feel that you need to make a complaint, but we have a procedure in place that will ensure your complaint will be dealt with respectfully, efficiently, and fairly. We take all complaints seriously, and ensure that your complaint will not affect your rights.
